How to insert a small ad?
It’s easy! To insert a free or paying ad, simply click on the links appearing on the site « Include a small ad ».
If you have never inserted an ad before, you must register as a user by providing some personal information. Registration is totally free, of course.
Once your registration is confirmed, you can add an unlimited number of VIP or free classified ads.
What is the tariff of your ads?
You will find all the information on tariffs on the "Rates" page.
I just created an ad, but would like to change its contents. Is this possible?
Ad content may be changed at any time. To do this, you simply connect onto your ad account, click on “Yours ads” and then click on “Edit”, located in the front of each classified ad.
Once your change has been effected, click on « Save » and it is done! You can also choose to delete them, or upgrade them from free to paying ads.
Can I add photos to decorate my ad?
Depending on the type of ad you choose, you can add between 2 and 5 pictures:
- Free ad : 2 pictures
- VIP ad : 5 pictures
The editing of pictures takes place after the writing of the ad. Throughout ad processing, each step is carefully detailed to allow for optimal clarity of information.
The pictures that you insert must respect certain criterion:
Weight of the picture must not exceed 100KB
Maximum resolution of 1024x768
The format of your picture must be in jpg, gif or png
The content of my ad did not match with any of your categories. What do I do?
Our site offers 47 categories and 200 subcategories. All proposals and ideas are welcome. To submit your ideas, please send an email to info(at)oneforex.ch. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots and JavaScript is required for viewing.
I created an ad that was published, but removed the next day. What do I do?
An ad is removed if editing conditions have not been met. Check that your ad does not contain prohibited content.
I forgot my login and password. What do I do?
When you are on the login page, you can click on « recover my password ». You will be asked your email, confirm and it’s done!
An email will be sent with the reminder of your login.
I had contact with a person for one of my ads and had a bad experience. Are you responsible?
Our role is to help you communicate your offer, but we absolutely cannot insure the quality of the people who want to contact you. We do not intervene in this area and are not responsible for this unfortunate situation. The only advice we can give you is to never commit yourself financially without a minimum guarantee from your contact.
